The Good Osteo

Caring for South Wairarapa, one body at a time

Who are we?

Welcome to The Good Osteo — your local osteopathy clinic in the heart of South Wairarapa. We’re here to support our community with gentle, effective care that helps you move well and feel well.

Using a range of hands-on techniques, we work with your body’s natural ability to heal — whether you’re easing an ache, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel more balanced in everyday life

We’re ACC-registered, which means if you’ve had an accident, you can come straight to us — no doctor’s referral needed. We’ll take care of the paperwork so you can focus on feeling better.

We want to provide local care at times that work for you. At this stage, we’re open Fridays and fortnightly on Saturday mornings.

We are keen to get feedback on the times that work best for you, and will keep refining these as we go.
